PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULE


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self-defense.


Mixed Martial Arts -  MMA is a combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports and martial arts


Strength and Conditioning - Burn calories, build strength, and enhance your aerobic fitness with sport specific exercises

MONDAY

5:00 pm - Open gym

6:00 pm - Strength and Conditioning

7:00 pm - Kickboxing



TUESDAY

12:00 pm BJJ 

5:00 pm -  5 yrs+ Kids BJJ

6:00 pm - BJJ
WEDNESDAY

5:00 pm - Open gym

7:00 pm - Wrestling/MMA


THURSDAY

12:00 pm BJJ

FRIDAY

5:15 pm - ages 3 and 4 kids BJJ
